Below is a list of all the interview stages with detailed information on what you can expect from each stage.
We strive to be as quick and efficient as possible. On average, the interview process takes four to six weeks.

Feedback calls with the recruiter
After you complete the panel and cultural add interviews, the recruiter will call you to discuss feedback.
They’ll first ask you for your impression of the interview. For us to better understand your interest in the position, you’ll be asked to rate your interest on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 being the lowest and 10 the highest).
Then the recruiter will present positive and constructive feedback from the hiring team.
These calls are important because we appreciate you taking the time to chat with us. We want candidates to fully understand the reasons behind our decision, what worked well, and what didn’t. Sometimes we meet amazing, well-qualified candidates, but it just isn’t the right fit.
